Everything Medical is committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is satisfactory. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Everything Medical may change these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

Payment

We accept Purchase Orders from all institutional entities including Schools, Universities, City/County/State Agencies with immediate 30 day terms. All orders must be on agency letterhead with a valid Purchase Order Number.

Other Agencies, businesses, or private organizations looking for credit terms are asked to fill out a credit application. No credit is issued without authorization and arrangements with our Credit Department. Your first purchase will be credit card, COD or payment in advance.

We accept all major credit cards including Agency Purchasing Cards.

Shipping

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

Orders for items will be shipped via United Parcel Service Ground or LTL Trucking Company. Shipping Charges are paid by Everything Medical for all orders over $50 except for items where noted with a truck logo. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please select your expedited shipping method option on the checkout page and an Everything Medical online service representative will be glad to discuss pricing and options.

Our freight terms are for shipping charges only. Any accessorial charges such as Liftgate Service, Limited Access, Rural Access Charges, Inside Delivery, Re-delivery Fees, or incorrect addresses will be charged to customer on a separate cover.

  • Carefully inspect each carton for any damages. A damaged box does not constitute a damaged product so please check thoroughly.
  • Please check carton contents against any packing slips or delivery receipts, making sure you have received all the packages shipper claims to have shipped. Please note that many delivery companies at times will deliver the same order on different days. Please note, items may be shipped from different locations so receiving times may vary.
  • Have the driver note any shortages or damages, even if minor or slight, on the delivery receipt. This is crucial to be able to replace product without additional charges.
  • Immediately after delivery, please open all cartons and inspect for any possible concealed damages. If you do find damages of any kind, please do not discard the carton or any contents of the package.
  • Please contact the Everything Medical customer service department at 800-201-0806 immediately to report damages. Everything Medical allows 48 hours from the time of delivery to claim damages and shortages. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Order Discrepancies

At Everything Medical, we stand behind both our products as well as our outstanding customer service. We photograph the contents of every order and document the packing sequence to ensure accuracy. If you encounter a shortage or overage on an item, we ask you to carefully examine all items upon arrival to your destination. If you believe there is a pulling error, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 800-201-0806. Everything Medical allows 48 hours from the time of delivery to claim order discrepancies. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any proven discrepancies will be shipped or returned to customer at our expense.

Returns

Everything Medical will exchange or credit the product portion of a return good with a valid Return Authorization (RA#) within 30 days of product purchase. Items after 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please call to obtain an Return Authorization from our Customer Service Department and place the RA number on all the packages.

Freight on returned items ordered incorrectly is solely customers’ responsibility. Items returned without communication to Everything Medical and a valid RA# will be retained and credit will not be issued. Refused orders will be subject to restocking fees.

Product must be unopened, unused, not expired, and in original packaging. No returns are accepted for any custom or personal hygiene items. Open packages are non returnable.

Again, please arrange any and all returns by calling Everything Medical at 800-201-0806. We will assist in any way we can.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

Tax

If your billing or shipping location is in Nevada, you will be charged the current sales tax rate. Out of state customers will not be charged sales tax.

If you are exempt from paying Nevada sales tax for any reason (resale, non-profit, Charity, etc.), please email or fax a copy of your current resale or tax exemption certificate with your order.

Warranties & Service

Everything Medical will honor all product manufacturer warranties, both implicit or expressed, to the length dictated for the product. We are not responsible for any shipping charges to have the product returned to us. We are not responsible for any labor incurred to replace warranty parts, nor any shipping charge to return warrantied repairs. Please inquire with customer service for any assistance in these matters.

Online Orders

Online orders will be shipped from our nearest warehouse as quickly as possible. Any delays on product will be corresponded to customer. The same policies apply on returns, discrepancies, and warranty stated above.

Institutional customers are encouraged to obtain their key code (with a valid user name and password) to ensure contracted pricing and order history. Product quotes can be sent through the online portal.

Our website is continually expanding. If you do not see a product you are interested in online, please inquire online through the comments portal and it will be forwarded for pricing.
